Amy Mastromonaco Financial Advisor

Helping people and changing lives for the better is truly the passion of Amy Mastromonaco. Raised on a small rural produce farm, she learned at an early age that hard work and living beneath one’s means were the keys to financial success. The desire to share this knowledge, coupled with her passion for helping others, is what compelled her to begin her career in the field of financial planning upon graduating from college. Amy has been with Flying Point Financial since its inception in 1998. Prior to the firm’s inception, Amy assisted Elaine Morgillo with her financial planning engagements, experience that provided her with the ideal foundation for her own work as a planner today.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Amy is firmly committed to long term client relationships; she takes a mindful approach to help clients identify and prioritize their specific goals, to develop and integrate strategies for achieving them, and to guide and support them as they navigate through life’s challenges and transitions. Through job changes, retirement, divorce, or death, clients appreciate her attention to detail, her listening skills and her thoughtful approach toward helping them achieve their financial dreams. Recognizing that each individual’s situation is unique, she tailors her work to suit each client’s particular circumstances.

In addition to her work as a financial planner, Amy is the Director of Operations at Flying Point Financial. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s performance reporting system, implementing and overseeing compliance procedures, and providing exceptional client relationship support.

Amy graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. She is proud to be a part of the North Andover community and feels it is a wonderful place to live and raise her daughters. In her spare time she enjoys creating things with needle and thread, volunteering in the community, being outdoors and time spent with her family.
